The guides and crew were very welcoming and professional. They took a lot of pictures, which was nice too. The snorkeling close to the island is incredible and worth it. One of the best spots I have been. With all that said, I honestly would have loved a shorter version of this trip where we went directly snorkeling. That would have made the trip amazing and less tiring. The lunch was okay, but not necessary.”

“Road trip from Mombasa was 2 hrs each way, long but ultimately worth it. Dolphin sighting was better than most I’ve been on, and the snorkelling was excellent. The stop on the white sand bank was overcrowded but still worthwhile. On the downside the restaurant lunch on the island was not great, and the later visit to the “slave cave” was mercifully short but still quite shocking, but I guess necessary to understand the history and environment. The guide provides shocking details, so not for the faint hearted. All in all, an unexpectedly excellent trip.”
