Spend a half-day at Fairview Coffee Estate, about 20 minutes from Nairobi, with a private driver and farm guide. Walk among coffee trees, see beans graded, dried, processed, and roasted, then sample several coffees with snacks. Guides may include Moses, Obed, Ann, Elvis, James, or others assigned by the operator.

“An Essential tour for anybody who likes coffee and have half a day to spend outside the city. The driver/guide Moses and the local guide in the farm Irin were very helpful and provided an excellent service. Highly recommended ! My only remark is that there is a $30 fee for the farm, which is not included in the price. Although it is mentioned in the "What's Included" section, one would usually expect it to be part of the price, not in the details.”
